Your information.
Clear boundaries.
This notice explains the JE Horizon public website and account journeys, including jehorizon.com, line.jehorizon.com, fileperch.jehorizon.com and cmd.jehorizon.com.
1. Who is responsible
J.E. Herizon LLC, doing business as JE Horizon, is based in North Carolina, USA. Contact support@jehorizon.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Postal correspondence: 1930 Club Pond Rd #1061, Raeford, NC, USA.
2. Information used to provide the service
- Visiting a page: hosting and security providers process request information such as IP address, browser details, requested address and time to deliver and protect the site.
- Signing in: we process your email, authentication credentials or verification details, session information, and account records. Google sign-in is optional where offered; choosing it sends you to Google's authentication service.
- Buying or managing a subscription: we process product selection, billing interval, account email, payment status, and any device identifier you provide for licensing. Stripe handles direct website payments; Microsoft handles Microsoft Store purchases. Their own notices also apply.
- Using Line: business, customer, job and communication records you submit are used to provide your workspace and requested services. If your business supplies another person's information, you are responsible for your authority and notices to that person.
- Contacting us or joining a list: we use the information you submit for the requested support, account, availability or status communication. A support request does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.
- Website AI, where offered: sending a message transmits it and a product/topic label to the website assistant. A configured hosted AI service may process that request. Avoid sensitive information, passwords and private customer records. Website chat is separate from a desktop product's local features.
3. Cookies, browser storage and analytics
On visits our hosting provider identifies as United States or India, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel tags are on unless you previously turned them off or Global Privacy Control is active. India is a limited location-based pilot for ordinary software-page analytics and advertising. For EEA countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Brazil, the tags remain off and an on-page Allow choice is offered. For other or unknown locations, the tags remain off without a prompt; you can choose Allow in Privacy settings. Country from the connection is an estimate, not proof of residence or nationality. Dismissing the prompt with Later does not save a choice or turn on tags. A choice you make is honored on later visits, including when your location changes. When active, these providers may receive the page path, a referrer without its query string, product, Store ID, CTA identifier and safe campaign tags from the landing URL when you use a Store button. Other query parameters, including Meta click identifiers, are omitted from the page address sent to Google Analytics. Do not place personal information in campaign tags. You can turn optional tracking off in Privacy settings; future optional events stop, although a provider may retain data already sent under its own policy. Necessary sign-in, security, payment and requested-feature storage can still be used. Our cookie and storage notice explains the controls and known storage. Global Privacy Control keeps optional tags off in every location.
This statement concerns the covered websites. It does not describe every third-party service or all installed-product telemetry. A service you choose to open, such as Microsoft Store or Stripe Checkout, has its own notice.
Anonymous page and Store button counts
For HTML page navigations, we keep aggregate counts by UTC hour, site host, page path and broad source (Meta, Google, Bing, direct or other), plus daily counts by two-letter country code and broad source. The country is determined by our hosting provider; when unavailable or invalid we use ZZ. These counters do not store an IP address, browser or visitor identifier, user agent, raw page query or referrer. They use no analytics cookie or browser fingerprint. Counts are page loads, not unique visitors or sessions; repeat visits and some automated traffic may be included. Aggregate pageview rows older than 90 days are pruned during normal daily reporting. If reporting is unavailable, older rows may remain until the next successful summary request.
Store button counts
When you follow a Microsoft Store button through our first-party redirect, we count the request by product and UTC hour. This basic counter stores aggregate totals without your IP address, browser identifier, account, referring page or query string. On visits eligible for optional advertising measurement, registered Meta campaigns can also be counted in a separate hourly aggregate by product, sanitized Microsoft campaign ID, registered campaign and creative labels and IDs, and landing page path. We do not store a visitor or session identifier, raw click ID, raw URL or query string in that aggregate. Eligible campaign aggregates are pruned after 90 days during normal scheduled reporting; if reporting stops, deletion waits until it resumes. The basic product-only click history is retained separately. The server counters use no analytics cookie or browser fingerprint. Repeated clicks can count more than once. Counts measure requests to open the Store, not unique people, installations, acquisitions or purchases. Our hosting provider still processes ordinary connection data to deliver and secure the request.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Where a law requires a legal basis, we use information as needed to provide the account, purchase or service you request; comply with applicable legal obligations; and pursue proportionate legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and service administration. Where consent is required, we request it separately for the specific purpose. In other or unknown locations, optional browser analytics and advertising require an affirmative choice. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Browsing the site, buying a product or accepting terms does not itself give consent to optional tracking or SMS.
5. Service providers and international handling
Our website infrastructure includes Cloudflare for delivery and security and Fly.io for hosted application services. Authentication and transactional-email paths use email delivery services, including Amazon SES. Direct checkout uses Stripe; Microsoft Store purchases use Microsoft. The configured website assistant may use Microsoft Azure. Providers receive the information needed for the function they perform, and their independent services may have separate terms.
JE Horizon operates in the United States. Information may be handled in the US and other countries where the relevant provider operates. Cross-border processing is subject to applicable legal requirements; contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your service. We do not represent that every provider account has a particular transfer mechanism without verifying that arrangement.
6. Retention
Account and service records are kept for the period needed to provide the service, resolve issues and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping duties. Support and requested-list records are kept while the request or list remains relevant, subject to deletion requests and legitimate legal exceptions. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting, tax or disputes. Browser storage lasts as described in the storage notice; provider logs and backups follow the relevant service configuration. Contact us for retention information about a particular record or service.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising; and appeal a denied request. Optional advertising and analytics on covered United States and India visits are on by default, with a Privacy settings opt-out; in other or unknown locations they require an Allow choice. Your explicit choice carries across locations, and Global Privacy Control keeps optional tags off. You may submit a privacy request by email without creating an account. We may reasonably verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority before disclosing or changing personal information.
We respond within the period required by applicable law. If we decline a request, you can reply asking for an appeal or reconsideration. You can also complain to the privacy regulator or attorney general in your jurisdiction, including your EEA supervisory authority, the UK ICO or Brazil's ANPD where relevant. We do not require you to waive legal rights to use this contact route.
8. Children and sensitive information
The website's account and business services are intended for adults. Do not send sensitive personal information through public chat or support unless specifically needed and an appropriate channel has been agreed. If you believe a child's information was collected improperly, contact us so we can investigate and respond under applicable law.
9. Line SMS and caller permission
Ungated 10DLC disclaimer (no login): https://jehorizon.com/legal/10dlc/. Public CTA and optional owner/account opt-in form: https://jehorizon.com/sms/. The live JE Horizon program on +1 (910) 595-8132 is JE Horizon Account & Owner Alerts only. J.E. Herizon LLC d/b/a JE Horizon texts opted-in account holders and shop owners about their JE Horizon account, support, and owner notifications. Recurring automated transactional messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
A phone call, missed call, payment, or the Line Service Terms do not by themselves grant SMS consent. The owner-alert program does not text a contractor’s customers. JE Horizon also proposes a JE Horizon Managed Receptionist SMS program: JE Horizon identifies itself as receptionist for the service business and seeks explicit caller permission before transactional service-request texts. This program is prelaunch, has no contractor customers, and remains disabled pending carrier classification, provisioning and activation checks. A distinct optional Pro + Business Line service uses the shop’s own brand, campaign and exclusive number. Both caller paths require an explicit in-call press 1 after the full disclosure; silence, hangup, press 2 or an unanswered call produce no customer SMS. Public scripts and program distinctions.
Mobile numbers and text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The shop sees the lead for that job in Desk. That is delivery of the receptionist service, not a list transfer. Reply STOP to opt out. HELP or support@jehorizon.com for help.
10. Updates and contact
We will update this notice when practices change and give additional notice or request fresh consent where required. A changed notice or continued browsing does not itself supply consent for a new purpose. Email support@jehorizon.com for questions, a privacy request or an accessible copy.
